About Our Practice
Kablotsky Internal Medicine is a Hudson, Massachusetts primary care practice and Mass General Brigham affiliate, where a close-knit team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants cares for adults across every stage of health. From annual physicals and preventive screenings to the management of complex, chronic conditions and same-day acute visits, we combine the resources of a leading health system with the personal attention of a neighborhood practice — on-site labs, a dedicated support staff, and clinicians who take the time to know you. Our goal is simple: lasting relationships and thoughtful, coordinated care that keep you and your family well.
